Welcome to Week 2 of our Knockoff Challenge!
Here is our inspiration for this week...
This card comes from the March release's first day of previews. This card should be an easy one to replicate with a flower stamp, a little bit of washi tape, a sentiment, and a pocket. Now, who says you need a pocket stamp or a pocket die to create this one? A little faux stitching with a pen and a simple geometric cut and you've got a pocket!
Create away!
This blog was set up for inspiration to make cards that have the PTI feel without having to use PTI products.

Knockoff Challenge #1
So...I've been reading the PTI Smack blog, and they had a fantastic idea of using some of NH's cards as inspiration for a card, but using other company's products.
With that in mind, I started this blog with a weekly challenge to use a card picked from that blog to use as inspiration to your own cardmaking.
The first image I've chosen to challenge you with, comes from February 2012 Day 9 posting.
I think this is a beautiful card, and one that should be easy to reproduce. Use a Spellbinders label and a few Martha Stewart butterfly punches...viola!

How to upload your cards
I have added a link button at the bottom of my challenge post.
I'm trying to figure out a way to make this happen without having to link to a blog, etc. Right now, I'm leaning towards a Photobucket account that we use and upload to, with a link here. The only problem with that is...you will have to email me for the password to the photobucket site. OR set up your own anon photobucket site.
I see this blog as an inspiration blog, and I don't see any real reason for anonymity so if you want to play along, you can link your card to your blog posts, OR if you'd like, you can email it to me and I'll post it to the PTIKnockoff photo bucket account.
